General Information
The ISN is sponsoring an educational program focused on the mechanisms underlying neurodegeneration and strategies for the management of these degenerative processes. The School will address how the most advanced technologies are being employed to advance the management of crippling neurological conditions. During the theoretical course outstanding scientists from all over the world will teach and discuss their topics in a relaxed atmosphere. The School will be held at the rustic Quinta Regia hotel near impressive archaeological sites at Valladolid on the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico. Young investigators (undergraduate and graduate students as well as young postdocs up to 5 yrs after Ph.D.) are invited to apply for the School.
- About 50 students will be selected. They will have free board and lodging at the School and their registration fee for the 21st Biennial ISN-ASN Congress in Cancun will be paid by ISN.
- In addition, a limited number of travel fellowships will be available to contribute to the travel costs of students from underprivileged countries.
- Students and faculty members will be housed in the hotel (two and three bedrooms are available for students).
- More details including scientific program and travel information will be available soon from the website of the School.
